The Story of Mr Puffin

Where it all began...

Mr Puffin was started as a collaboration between Elding Adventure at Sea, operating larger "Classic" boats, and Whale Safari, operating smaller "Premium" RIB Boats in 2016. Both companies originally operated Whale Watching Tours, but decided to join forces and launch Mr Puffin - with a focus primarily on Puffin Tours.

Puffins, Puffins, PUFFINS!!

Our shared love for Puffins brought the Mr Puffin Idea to life! We are lucky to have many thousands of Puffins on the three islands just outside of Reykjavík, and operate our tours (up to 8 a day!) from 20th April - 15th August. Our Classic Puffin Tour is suitable for all ages, operated by Elding Adventure at Sea. Our Premium Puffin Tour is the ultimate puffin experience by RIB Boat, for those over 10 years old, operated by Whale Safari.
